At the moment, Lex and Ace products are only available via our website.
Currently, we ship within the UK and Ireland only.
For UK orders, we charge £4.99 for delivery.
For orders to non-mainland UK and Northern Ireland, delivery costs are calculated and shown at checkout.
Orders placed before 2pm on weekdays will take 3 – 5 working days to arrive.
You can create a return within 30 days of receiving your order. You’ll need to return the product unopened and in its original plastic packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept opened products or products returned in a damaged or unsellable state.
To create a return, email us at support@lexandace.com. You’ll need your email address that you placed the order with and your order number.
